Oneonta(18-1) vs. Bronxville (16-1-2) is getting ready to start shortly.
Update 1: The game has strted, it’s a little windy here so the wind could play a factor today.
Update 2: We are a little bit over 10 minutes into the game and Bronxville has had a couple of scoring chances so far. Broncos look strong early on.
Update 3: 15 minutes remaining in the first half, it’s been mostly Bronxville so far. Oneonta has had trouble breaking through the Broncos’ defense.
Update 4: There is 8 mins remaining in the half and while Bronxville has put on the pressure, they haven’t had a strong scoring chance yet. All of their shots have been right to the Oneonta keeper.
Update 5: At the 2 minute mark, still scoreless.
Update 6: Bronxville finishes for a goal with 39 seconds left in the half on a header from Shannon Crawford, assisted by Jessica Tarangioli. The Broncos take a 1-0 lead into the half.
Update 6: The second half is underway. Bronxville will be going against the wind this half.
Update 7: Oneonta got its first shot on goal from the outside about 10 minutes into the second half, but keeper Grace Devlin had no trouble with it.
Update 8: At the midway point in the game, 20 minutes remaining. Oneonta starting to show some life.
Update 9: Bronxville has held strong after Oneonta had a couple of chances. Still remains 1-0 with 10 minutes left in the game.
Update 10: Play has stopped with 5:04 left in the game due to a Bronxville injury…..Ashley Gietl was kicked in the face it looked like, but she is ok and heading to the bench.
Update 11: Time is running out for Oneonta, 2 minutes remaining.
Update 12: Bronxville holds on for a 1-0 win.
